What Makes Us Different
While most heating engineers offer a wide range of general services, we have chosen to specialise purely in air source heat pumps and the associated systems. This deep specialisation is what allows us to deliver expert, reliable care every time.
Specialist, Not Generalist
We focus exclusively on Air Source Heat Pumps. Our expertise covers annual servicing, Property Readiness Assessments (PRA), Property Readiness Reviews (PRR), fault-finding, and repairs — with particular specialisation in monobloc systems, the most common type installed across the UK.
No Install Sales Pressure
We deliberately do not offer to carry out install or system-upgrade recommendations arising from our Property Readiness Assessments (PRA). This separation ensures our assessments remain completely impartial and free from any commercial bias.
PRR: Repairs On Your Request
Our Property Readiness Reviews (PRR) function as a detailed health check and performance test of your existing Air Source Heat Pump. If issues are found, we will happily carry out repairs at your request, but we will never proactively offer or push those rectifications.
Here When Others Are Not
Your system doesn't need to have been installed by us for us to help. Whether it was fitted by another company or you're unsure who to call, we're here to support you with expert servicing, repairs, and fault-finding.
Impartial by Design
Our Property Readiness Assessments (PRA) and Property Readiness Reviews (PRR) are created exclusively for homeowners, with no commercial ties to any installer or manufacturer. This independence allows us to give you a clear, unbiased picture of your property — identifying both issues that need fixing and areas that are already performing well — so you can make confident, cost-effective decisions before any installation work begins.

Full ASHP service plus unvented hot water inspection to G3 requirements — with a written report for your records.
Property Readiness Assessments (PRA)
Independent pre-install assessments for homeowners planning a heat pump — practical testing, room-by-room review, and a professional written report.
Property Readiness Reviews (PRR)
Impartial health checks for existing systems that may be underperforming — findings-based recommendations, no installation sales.
Diagnostic Call-Outs
When something is not right, we inspect, explain findings in plain English, and quote repair work separately with your approval first.
Repair & Replacement
Repairs and component replacement following diagnosis. Where an existing ASHP unit is beyond economical repair, we can quote a like-for-like replacement on the existing system — not new boiler-to-heat-pump conversions.

Eco Service Solutions brings over 20 years of professional experience in plumbing and heating. We hold relevant industry qualifications and maintain full public liability insurance for your peace of mind. We are specially trained to work safely and competently on air source heat pumps — including monobloc systems — and unvented hot water systems.

Replacement components and existing connections only
Electrical scope: Electrical work is limited to safe reconnection of replacement components to existing supplies. New circuits and consumer unit work are carried out by a qualified electrician.
